Grand Emperor Hotel Room was clean although it would have been great if the bathroom had a shower curtain.Also DO NOT TRY TO LOCK THE BATHROOM DOOR, it is nearly impossible to open back and you could get locked in. Location was excellent, right in the heart of the town. Prices was high but I guess that''s because Macau in general is a popular vacation spot.Minibar in the room consisted of about 4 cans of soda which were all overpriced beyond words. Facilities were good BUT what made it horrible was that in order to use the gym, you had to go to the 20th floor to sign in, then wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to come and take you to the 23rd floor because in order to get to that floor you have to have a special key to open the door the elevator. It was a real pain to be honest. Also if you are travelling from the airport to the hotel by way of the shuttle bus provided by the hotel, be prepared to have to wait as it only comes once every hour, and when it comes you do not receive any help from the driver, you have to haul your own luggage unto the bus and pack it properly onto one of the seats as there is no other place to put it. I did not mind that but still if your going on vacation and spending this kind of money, you''d expect a little better treatment right?
