Nice hotel Location is very convenient for business stay. After the first choice for business trip to Shanghai Hotel!

I rather pay more and stay elsewhere! All rooms are facing main road, so very noisy. Checking in and out is a painful process. A lot of staffs just stand around and do nothing, those who work are not very helpful! I am not sure if anyone there knows the meaning of services! I tried to call and speak to a manager to resolve a small issue and after being passed around to about 10 differnt people who are not very polite and friendly, I was cut off! This is the first time I stay there and will be the last time as well.
